Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer support and service to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering Customer Inquiries Promptly: You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via live chat, providing professional and accurate information in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintaining Deep Knowledge of Company Services: You'll need to stay up-to-date on our company services and be able to offer relevant solutions and support to customers.
  • Identifying Customer Concerns and Challenges: You'll be responsible for identifying customer concerns and challenges, escalating them to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Tracking Customer Interactions and Transactions: You'll need to track customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
  • Achieving Targets for Customer Satisfaction and Engagement: You'll strive towards achieving targets for customer satisfaction and engagement, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.

Requirements

To be successful as a Live Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a higher educational level being a plus.
  • Strong Written Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You'll need to have strong written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ability to Multitask, Prioritize, and Manage Time Effectively: You'll need to be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage your time effectively, handling multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience would be beneficial, but not required.
  • Familiarity with Live Chat Platforms or Similar Customer Service Software: You'll need to be familiar with live chat platforms or similar customer service software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial for this role:

  • Experience in the Environmental Services and Industrial Hygiene Industry: Experience in the environmental services and industrial hygiene industry would be a plus, with knowledge of toxicology or chemistry being a valuable asset.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced, High-Volume Environment: You'll need to be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with the ability to handle multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
