Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative – Inbound Messaging – Swedish (4605)

We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Support Representatives to join our fully remote team at arenaflex, a leading music streaming service. As a member of our team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate the platform, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensuring they have the best possible listening experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via inbound messages in both Swedish and English
  • Helping customers navigate the platform and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Ensuring customers have the best possible listening experience
  • Providing exceptional customer support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer support skills

Essential Qualifications

* Strong desire to create a unique experience for each individual customer

  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
  • Ability to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
  • Experience providing customer support via inbound web messages
  • Ability to work with 3-5 customers at the same time
  • Professional/business level proficiency in Swedish and English
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role

  • Knowledge of music streaming services or similar industries
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Workspace Requirements

* Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above

  • Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on your mobile device
  • Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures
  • Stable broadband internet connection of 25 MBS or greater
  • 8 GB RAM or better
  • Dual monitors highly recommended

* A Chromebook is not sufficient for arenaflex projects

Work Schedule

* 40 hours per week are required for the 8-week orientation period

  • Orientation phase 1: 4 weeks, 4 AM - 1 PM
  • Orientation phase 2: 4 weeks, self-scheduled between the hours of 7 AM - 10 PM
  • Production: Daily, 7 AM - 10 PM
  • Project Commitments:

+ 25 hours per week + 8 hours are required on Saturday and/or Sunday + 180 days (as needed by arenaflex)
