Your Impact

As an Embedded Customer Success Engineer, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients in the public sector. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing expert guidance, technical support, and strategic advice to help them achieve their operational goals. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the adoption of our solutions, identifying areas for improvement, and informing product development.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve mastery of all arenaflex technologies and products, with a focus on our flagship solutions for the public sector. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional written and oral communication skills to lead business and technical presentations, demonstrations, and conversations. - Use leadership skills to independently prioritize and execute project tasks in a methodical and disciplined manner, managing customer expectations and keeping them satisfied and informed. - Provide up to tier-2 technical support, developing knowledge base articles on frequent and critical issues, and reporting bugs and trends to the necessary arenaflex engineering teams. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and improvement, communicating customer feedback and insights to inform product roadmaps and projects. - Travel to customer sites throughout France and French overseas territories as needed, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and challenges.

What You Bring

- French citizenship is required to work with sensitive government data, and you must be willing to undergo a security check. - A strong IT background with 5+ years of experience working in an IT support or deployment position, with substantial experience working with Major City or Enterprise-level customers. - Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and technical projects, with a high level of comfort planning, documenting, and executing changes following process and rolling back as required. - Local to France, with the ability to travel within France or French overseas territories as needed. - Advanced understanding of IT/Networking concepts, including Microsoft Server & Client operating systems, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Azure (specifically Entra ID), APIs, Network Administration (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, SSH, Firewalls), and/or similar certifications. - Knowledge and demonstrated operating experience in one or more of the following areas of specialization: Digital Video, Mobile communications, IP security, Embedded Systems, IAM, SAAS. - Ability to articulate at a technical level appropriate to the circumstance, with excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication, and unmatched analytical, strategic, and creative problem-solving skills.
