Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Remote Live Chat Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. Responsibilities:

As a Remote Live Chat Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries through live chat

  • Provide accurate information regarding arenaflex services, shipments, and policies
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to established guidelines and procedures for customer interactions

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
