Job Summary
As an Experienced Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data to inform business decisions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs. Your expertise in data analysis, reporting, and technical skills will enable you to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs
- Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients
- Design and develop packages for internal clients
- Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, ensure data integrity and suitability, and determine data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
- Translate data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Present analysis and reports to internal clients and stakeholders
Essential Qualifications
* 2-4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and technical skills
- Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications
- Experience with reporting platforms – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS)
- Development programming languages/knowledge/experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript
- Development database languages/knowledge/experience – Transact SQL
- Database knowledge/experience – MS SQL Server
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with reporting platforms – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
- Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
- Database knowledge/experience – Hadoop, Oracle
- Development database languages/knowledge/experience – Oracle PLSQL
- Crystal Reporting experience preferred
Required Education
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
