Experienced Information Investigator – Advanced Data Analysis and Insights for arenaflex's Direct-to-Consumer Business

As a member of our Pack Trial and error and Examination group, you'll be working closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Data Science, and more, to drive business insights and inform strategic decisions.

Job Summary

As an Information Investigator, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex business challenges and developing data-driven solutions to drive Pack growth and customer engagement. You'll work closely with business leaders to identify key business questions, develop insightful systems to answer these questions, and provide actionable recommendations to inform business decisions. Your expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization will be critical in helping us make sense of our data and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with business leaders to identify key business challenges and develop data-driven solutions to drive Pack growth and customer engagement

• Develop and maintain a continuous experiences pipeline, ensuring that all colleagues have access to a steady stream of Pack intel
• Perform in-depth pattern examinations, assessing the contributions of drivers from every possible angle
• Define and investigate audience segments to drive Pack growth
• Collaborate with other Examination groups to understand and leverage all relevant Pack data from various sources, integrating insights into a cohesive, meaningful story
• Develop and maintain expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization tools and techniques

Essential Capabilities

* Bachelor's degree in Information Examination, Arithmetic, Information Science, or a related field of study, and/or equivalent work experience

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on analytical work experience with R/Python/SAS (or another statistical analysis tool) and SQL
• Knowledge of statistical modeling, AI, and other quantitative methodologies, including but not limited to direct and strategic regression, significance testing, data preparation for modeling, and segmentation procedures
• Skill in managing large datasets, interpreting data patterns, and utilizing a variety of data sources and tools
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, etc.
• Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to tell a story with data and organize findings into actionable recommendations
• Ability to think critically, analyze and interpret market and customer data
• Knowledge of creating, executing, and analyzing refined A/B/MVT test builds

Preferred Capabilities

* Experience in the streaming media industry or other membership-based services

• Experience working with Advertising teams or in the Marketing industry
