Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and professional support to our customers via phone, email, or chat. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues, ensuring that every interaction is positive, friendly, and efficient. This is a part-time and full-time opportunity, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and accurate solutions

  • Utilize arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Provide product and service information, answering customer questions and addressing concerns
  • Document customer interactions, updating CRM records and maintaining accurate records
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong spelling and grammar
  • Excellent listening comprehension skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer concerns
  • Proficient with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Clear, professional, and friendly voice, with excellent phone etiquette
  • Type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences

Preferred Qualifications

* Spanish/English bilingual (a plus)

  • Availability for both weekend days (Saturday and/or Sunday) and holidays (depending on scheduling needs)
  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services (a plus)
