Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients visiting the American Express Centurion Parlor at the IAH Airport. You'll be the face of arenaflex, embodying our brand values and providing personalized support to our clients. Your primary objective will be to create a seamless and memorable experience, exceeding our clients' expectations and fostering loyalty to our brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist clients upon arrival at the Centurion Parlor
- Provide attentive and proactive support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns
- Offer innovative solutions to resolve clients' issues or worries, building brand loyalty and advocacy
- Utilize the Client's First approach to address clients' needs and expectations
- Provide travel counsel and make reservations on behalf of clients
- Collaborate with food and beverage partners to meet clients' requirements
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and expertise in all interactions
Essential Qualifications
* At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium service environment
- Carrier, parlor, or travel industry experience, including reservation experience
- Proven ability to adjust to clients' needs with proactive solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a charming and engaging approach
- Ability to listen attentively to clients' requirements and provide tailored recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Capacity to make decisions quickly and effectively, prioritizing clients' experiences
- Proficiency in using various technology platforms and adapting to new systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Light to moderate lifting may be required for specific tasks
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a similar role or industry
- Knowledge of American Express products and services
- Familiarity with the Centurion Parlor environment and operations
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
