Job Summary
We're seeking an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Somerset, USA. As a key member of our Supply Chain Systems and Inventory Management team, you'll be responsible for supporting the Distribution Center Administration Framework, managing data entry processes, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless inventory management. Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain the Distribution Center Administration Framework, including data entry, reporting, and analysis.
- Manage data entry processes, including contact with MHE merchants, sorting control frameworks, and inventory tracking.
- Coordinate with distribution center office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division to resolve issues and ensure smooth inventory management.
- Support all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals, and maintain LAN (Local Area Network) design.
- Perform future upgrades of software and coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, and other materials.
- Regulate nonexempt staff and maintain control tables within the WMS, including access security.
- Monitor the performance of the framework application to ensure it's ready and accessible to all end users.
- Manage and monitor end-user access and freedoms, reporting to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis.
- Foster reporting tools for clients to gain better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, using Crystal Reports or Cognos Report Studio.
Essential Qualifications:
- 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Prophet, and other relevant technologies.
- 2+ years of experience in using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project management experience.
- Master's degree in IT or a related field.
- Experience with inventory management software and systems.
- Knowledge of supply chain optimization techniques and best practices.
