Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Researching, creating, and executing travel itineraries for leisure and corporate clients around the world
- Reviewing individual needs and wants for travel to ensure personalized trip planning
- Reviewing budgets and planning client trips accordingly
- Booking travel needs, including airlines, hotels, car rentals, cruises, tours, events, and more
- Effectively communicating with clients pre and post-travel to ensure client satisfaction
