Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, answering their questions, and helping them make informed decisions about our products. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your role will play a critical part in shaping their experience with arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Act as a knowledge base for customers' inquiries regarding our products and their bone health

  • Provide personalized support to customers through various mediums, including phone, email, and chat
  • Process orders and returns for customers, ensuring seamless and efficient transactions
  • Help customers understand the results of their DEXA bone scans and provide guidance on how to improve their bone health
  • Update customer records, process accounts, and file documents accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a natural health or wellness industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., health sciences, business) preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role

  • Knowledge of natural health products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
