Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our clients' customers via phone and ticket support. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional phone and ticket support to customers, resolving inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize written workflows to ensure consistency and accuracy in support delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet customer needs
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' products and services to provide informed support
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer support experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a similar role for a managed services provider or call center

  • Familiarity with CRM software, including Salesforce or Zendesk
  • Experience with ticketing systems, including Freshdesk or JIRA
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer support
  • Certification in customer support, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Support Professional (CSP)
