What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences for our pet parents. Here are some key responsibilities you'll be expected to fulfill:

• Engage directly with customers: You'll be the first point of contact for customers who contact arenaflex for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms.
• Research and problem-solve: You'll use your critical thinking skills to determine the best solutions for our customers and follow up as needed to resolve issues.
• Go above and beyond: We're not looking for order-takers or script-readers – we're searching for team members who can engage with our customers, think critically, and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams: You'll work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of exceptional experiences.

What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment: You'll have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills: You'll be able to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to multi-task and think critically: You'll be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and think critically to resolve complex issues.
• Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed: You'll be able to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, including overtime as needed.
• Must be able to pass background check for KY Rx Tech license: You'll need to meet the necessary requirements for a KY Rx Tech license.
