Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals in a 24/7 high-volume contact center environment
  • Providing information regarding arenaflex's products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, and multiple system adaptability to ensure optimal member experience and customer service
  • Performing transactions or related functions for various accounts, including savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and more
  • Advising members of other products and services that may fit their needs and providing opportunities for positive member interaction
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate responses to customer inquiries

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in multiple software systems and technologies, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a contact center or customer service environment, with a focus on resolving customer complaints and issues

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, or a similar industry
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with disabilities or limited English proficiency
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

* Competitive hourly rate of $19.50 - $19.50 per hour
