As a Customer Happiness Manager at arenaflex, you'll be part of a talented team of 8 professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional support experiences to our users. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of authors, publishing professionals, and freelancers, and contribute to the growth and success of our platform. Job Description As a Customer Happiness Manager, you'll be responsible for: * Offering support to arenaflex users through various channels, including email, chat, and phone * Reviewing projects submitted on the platform to ensure high-quality support and optimize conversion * Building customer funnels (designing emails and in-app messages) to reactivate users and introduce arenaflex's features to them * Maintaining and updating our FAQ based on user feedback and questions * Suggesting product features based on user feedback to enhance the user experience * Contributing to maintaining a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 86% and above Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 5+ years of customer support experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Experience automating support processes using tools like Intercom, Crisp, or Zendesk * A great understanding of on-boarding and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques * Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement * Strong writing skills, with perfect grammar and spelling * Native-level English speaker * Availability to work every other weekend Bonus Points While not required, the following skills and experiences will be highly valued: * Previous experience working for a marketplace and/or in a creative industry * Fluency in multiple languages * A good dose of ambition, a willingness to learn, and a great sense of humor Benefits As a Customer Happiness Manager at arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * The flexibility to work from home and maintain a healthy work-life balance * Paid paternal and maternal leave to support your family's needs * Reedski, our annual ski trip, to recharge and have fun with your colleagues Salary Range The salary range for this role is $25,000 - $45,000, depending on your experience and qualifications.
