Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced part-time remote customer service representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients' shareholders, handling inbound, outbound, and email responses, and directing them to where they can vote on the Board of Directors. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients' shareholders, ensuring a seamless and informative experience

  • Handle inbound, outbound, and email responses, addressing shareholder inquiries and concerns
  • Direct shareholders to where they can vote on the Board of Directors, ensuring they have the necessary information to make informed decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide timely solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, or related experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies

* Experience in a customer service or related role, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations

  • Strong knowledge of shareholder communications and voting processes
