We're seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our remote team. As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls from customers and service providers in a professional and courteous manner
- Responding to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Helping customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling
- Assisting service providers with questions or issues regarding Work Orders and policy questions
- Troubleshooting software issues with customers and service providers
- Working as part of a fully remote team, utilizing technology that allows for team communication, training, and meetings
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Google Suite and Microsoft Office
- Ability to analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses that address all aspects of a customer's concern
- Ability to handle incoming phone calls from customers without getting nervous
- Ability to track multiple issues at the same time
- Ability to troubleshoot software malfunctions
- Ability to work efficiently on a remote-based team of co-workers
Preferred Qualifications
