Key Responsibilities

As an Outbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Learning our proprietary system for delivering scripted dialogue to schedule attorneys for hearings
  • Developing a deep understanding of our business operations and being able to make calls frequently to deliver exceptional customer support
  • Meeting or exceeding specific set goals and metrics, including call volume, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction
  • Participating in daily stand-up meetings with your team to share knowledge, best practices, and successes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing exceptional support to our clients through phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner

Compensation and Schedule

We offer a competitive starting pay of $12.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement. Our standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm MDT, with flexibility to accommodate your needs and preferences.
