Key Responsibilities

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing large volumes of inbound calls with efficiency and courtesy, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive one
  • Following conversation prompts and scripts when handling different topics, while also using your discretion to provide personalized solutions
  • Identifying customers' needs, clarifying their information, researching their issues, and providing solutions and/or alternatives to solve their problems
  • Seizing opportunities to upsell products when they arise, while always prioritizing the customer's needs and preferences
  • Building sustainable relationships and engaging customers by going the extra mile when possible
  • Maintaining accessible, comprehensive records of all conversations in our call center database
  • Attending educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
  • Meeting or exceeding personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements

To succeed as an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, plus active listening skills that allow you to understand and address customer concerns
  • Comfortability with CRM systems and best practices, including data entry and management
  • An empathetic customer focus, with the ability to manage many different personality types and adapt to changing situations
  • The ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A high school degree, with a strong foundation in communication, customer service, and problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications
