Job Summary
As an Experienced SaaS Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing world-class support to our clients via inbound customer calls and email inquiries. Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality software support via inbound customer calls and email inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues

Requirements
* 3+ years of software/application support experience specifically for a B2B SaaS product, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support

- Ability to break down, analyze, and solve complex problems, thinking critically and creatively to resolve issues
- Organization and time management skills are a MUST, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
