As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support through phone, chat, and email.
What will you do as a Customer Service Associate?
As an arenaflex Customer Service Associate, you'll have a clear purpose: to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. You'll be responsible for:
- Answering customer requests through phone, chat, and email
- Providing support for order and product questions, payment matters, and website guidance
- Using various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
- Communicating effectively with customers to deliver exceptional support experiences
What are your hours?
This role requires working variable hours to match when customers need us most. You'll work late evening and day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Your work week will be a minimum of 5 x 8 hours, and you may be required to work on national holidays and Sundays. Schedules will be known 6 weeks in advance to ensure that your personal life can plan well around your work.
Basic Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following basic qualifications:
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Right to work in The Netherlands
- Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
- Experience working with a computer
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required)
- Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
- Quiet, distraction-free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
- Minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
