TES Service Centers
Our service centers are designed to deliver an exceptional experience with every touch and provide fast and seamless resolution of issues on behalf of our customers and team members. Job Responsibilities
As a Home-Based Sr. Specialist in Collections, you'll:
- Interact with customers and negotiate bill arrangements for both inbound and outbound collections.
- Provide a arenaflex-branded interaction with credit account holders by treating them with respect and appreciation, showing courtesy and friendliness, identifying various account holder segments, and offering suitable plausible solutions.
- Responsible for genuine expertise and adhering to all credit regulations and procedures, account fee terms, billing/collections structures, and various state and federal laws, guidelines, and policies governing credit and collections.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills through probing or making recommendations for handling exceptional account situations (e.g., bankruptcy, CCC, deceased, legal, fraud, billing disputes, etc.).
- Work in a multi-media environment (emails, phone calls, chat messages, and letters) that's fast-paced and requires prioritizing work accordingly.
About You
* High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- 1-2 years of prior customer experience or customer service experience
- Ability to interact with customers, team members, and internal business partners with a professional, friendly, empathetic style, and de-escalate as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening, negotiating, and decision-making skills. Experience handling escalated customer complaints
- Ability to apply various facts and reasserts to respond to questions, identify issues, and accurately resolve customer problems
- Strong technical skills, ability to work within multiple systems, and high skillability with PC/Microsoft applications
- Access to a home workspace that is free of noise distractions to perform the role
- Hardwired internet at your home location (Hardwired: using an Ethernet cable to directly connect the Target-issued laptop to the modem or router)
- Meet the minimum bandwidth requirement of 40mbps download/5mbps upload
- Ability to interact through a Target-issued internet digital camera for required meetings, training, and/or interactions
- Ability to securely lift and carry up to 25 pounds of equipment
