The Role

As a Nordic-speaking Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for assisting our customers in one of the Nordic languages - Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian - through inbound/outbound phone calls, email, and chat functions. This role provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services. You'll be a key member of our team, working closely with our clients to ensure their customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing great customer service to our customers via phone, email, and in some cases, chat
  • Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
  • Collaborating with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Resolving routine problems and issues related to client's product or services
  • Working closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in any of the Nordic languages - Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian
  • A good command of English, as we'll be handling both Swedish, Norwegian, and Danish markets
  • Passion and interest in customer service! Previous experience is not required but a valued merit
  • Ability to work from one of our offices or from the comfort of your own home within the Baltic region
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Location and Working Hours

This role is available from the United States, Estonia, and South Dakota (USA), and you'll have the flexibility to work from home or from one of our offices. Working hours will be 8.5 hours per day, including both weekdays and weekends.
