Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Evening & Weekends Part/Full Time Shift, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via inbound calls, emails, and chats. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, utilizing your excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries and concerns. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely solutions to their concerns
- Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date on product knowledge
- Work effectively in a team environment, providing support and assistance to colleagues as needed
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handling time
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on spelling and grammar
- Excellent listening comprehension skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs
- Proficient with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Clear, professional, and friendly voice, with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and chat
- Type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on empathy, patience, and problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications
* Spanish/English bilingual (a plus)
- Availability for both weekend days (Saturday and/or Sunday)
- Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
