Key Responsibilities

As a Web Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and scheduling appointments based on customer needs.
• Maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services, capturing customer contact information for lead generation, and summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review.
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and resolving issues efficiently.
• Working collaboratively with our dealer clients to understand their needs, preferences, and goals, and providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary but preferred).
• Strong decision-making and analytical abilities, with a proven track record of resolving complex issues and making informed decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
