Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our Provider Data Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our supplier data, ensuring seamless communication with our stakeholders, and providing exceptional support to our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier data: Ensure that all supplier information is accurately recorded and updated in our systems, including contact details, payment information, and other relevant data.

• Perform data entry and analysis: Enter and analyze data from various sources, including supplier databases, payment systems, and other relevant systems.
• Communicate with stakeholders: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and colleagues, to ensure seamless communication and resolve any issues or concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer support: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct data reviews and audits: Regularly review and audit supplier data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain data entry processes: Design, implement, and maintain efficient and effective data entry processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree: A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science, or information technology.

• 5+ years of experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in data entry, analysis, or a related field.
• Supplier Information Services (SIS) experience: Experience working with SIS systems and applications, including data entry, analysis, and reporting.
• Microsoft Excel skills: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
• QNXT experience: Experience working with QNXT systems and applications.
• SQL and QuickBase experience: Experience working with SQL and QuickBase systems and applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid analytical skills: Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills: Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
