Role Highlights

* Earn a competitive hourly rate of $18.50 per hour

• Receive a $310 certification bonus for completing our comprehensive training program
• Enjoy a $5.00 per hour Turbo Bonus Boost from April 9th through 15th, with unlimited hours available (must work a minimum of 8 hours each day on April 13th, 14th, and 15th to qualify)
• Work from the comfort of your own home, setting your own flexible schedule between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST Monday to Sunday
• Minimum 30 hours per week required, with opportunities to work more hours if desired
• Collaborate with a dedicated Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Marketplace Performance Specialist (MPS) to ensure your success

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer support and assistance to customers using arenaflex's tax preparation software
• Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues related to downloading, logging in, getting started with basic navigation, importing documents, printing, and filing, as well as basic tax questions

• Utilizing arenaflex's comprehensive training program to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and best practices
