As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting various departments across arenaflex by accurately and efficiently entering customer and account information into our data spreadsheets. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless data management, maintain high levels of accuracy, and provide exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Entering personal customer information into databases as collected upon forms or spreadsheets
- Reviewing all data for errors and reporting any unusual findings to management
- Collecting and determining the completeness of all information before entering data into software programs
- Scanning and printing required documents needed to collect information for data entry
- Working in accordance with privacy guidelines as dictated by state and federal law
- Generating weekly and monthly reports regarding sales information or areas for improvement
- Ensuring proper updates of required software and training new employees as needed on company processes
- Filing and organizing paperwork used to enter data into programs to keep a record of original documents
Requirements
