Job Summary
As an experienced Data Analyst on our E2E Transportation team, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and informing strategic decisions that impact our delivery network. You'll work closely with our data scientists, analysts, and engineers to develop data-driven insights that drive business outcomes. Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and communication will be essential in helping us optimize our transportation network and make a significant impact on the lives of millions.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisions
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and engineers to develop data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes
- Design and implement experiments to test hypotheses and inform decision-making
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and processes to ensure data quality and integrity
- Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reporting
Test Tasks
* Plan and estimate retail tests to evaluate the effectiveness of new initiatives
- Build dashboards and metrics for new customer recommendations, such as expedited shipping
- Develop driver analysis for key performance indicators, such as on-time delivery
- Identify and analyze differences in store and market performance

* Applying SQL and data visualization skills to create reports that show the results of your analysis
- Collaborating with colleagues to gather data from different sources to support key initiatives
- Leading exploratory analysis, including hypothesis testing and statistical testing
- Automating tasks and developing processes that screen, analyze, and advise stakeholders on key performance indicators
