Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
Customer Service
* Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to assist with travel-related inquiries
- Provide personalized recommendations for destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Address questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Booking Assistance
* Support clients in navigating booking processes for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services
- Help coordinate itineraries that meet client schedules and budget preferences
- Confirm and review travel bookings and share detailed itineraries with clients
Administrative Support
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and payments
- Process payments and assist with invoicing as needed
- Keep track of important travel updates, trends, and visa requirements to provide informed support

Requirements
