Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

Customer Service

* Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to assist with travel-related inquiries

  • Provide personalized recommendations for destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities
  • Address questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Booking Assistance

* Support clients in navigating booking processes for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services

  • Help coordinate itineraries that meet client schedules and budget preferences
  • Confirm and review travel bookings and share detailed itineraries with clients

Administrative Support

* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and payments

  • Process payments and assist with invoicing as needed
  • Keep track of important travel updates, trends, and visa requirements to provide informed support

Requirements

* Strong communication skills in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus

  • Customer service experience is preferred but not required—training will be provided
