Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach
- Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality
- Striving to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude
- Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
- Upselling products and services as needed to meet customer needs and increase revenue
- Scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
- Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals
- Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen to customers, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
- Customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
