Experienced Customer Service Representative – arenaflex

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing top-notch customer service to both clients and internal teams through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Collaborating with our Sales Department to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business growth.
• Managing accounts receivable duties, including calling on outstanding accounts, processing credits and exchanges, and resolving account conflicts through our escalation process.
• Performing basic data entry and other administrative tasks to support our operations.
• Partnering with our internal teams to provide administrative support and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual with:

• 2 years of Customer Service experience in an administrative setting (prior Accounts Receivable experience is highly encouraged).
• A High School diploma or GED equivalent (a degree in a related field is a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional telephone and email etiquette.
• Essential skills: active listening, responsiveness, and a personable approach.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically in a dynamic environment.
• Basic mathematical skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.
• The ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally carry parcels or packages, walk short distances, and sit for extended periods.
