Responsibilities

As a Virtual Chat Support Help Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in helping us maintain our high standards as we navigate the digital landscape to keep our clients connected and informed. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via virtual chat and providing effective solutions
  • Assisting customers with product information, service inquiries, and troubleshooting queries
  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge about our services, products, and policies to better assist customers
  • Documenting all interactions and keeping detailed records of customer inquiries and issues using our CRM system
