Experienced Customer Master Data Specialist – SAP Implementation and Customer Account Management

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Master Data Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Processing internal inbound requests for new accounts and updating existing accounts in accordance with divisional policies
• Developing a strong knowledge of basic branch functions, order entry, and how Customer Master Data (CMD) affects all teams
• Processing inbound requests for new pricing and pricing updates to existing accounts, utilizing the SAP and PROs systems
• Working with Sr. CMD Specialists on branch closures, openings, and mergers
• Communicating effectively via email to explain issues on an account and provide solutions
• Performing other projects or duties as assigned

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous SAP experience is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of prior experience in an office environment with customer-facing activities, internal or external
• Strong computer skills, including intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
• Ability to manipulate and analyze large amounts of data
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
