Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative/Customer Service Specialist to join our team and play a fundamental role in ensuring high-quality customer service to external customers. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, providing them with assistance with order placement, order changes, order status, shipment scheduling, and general concerns. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Responsibilities

- Answers Inquiries from Clients: You will answer inquiries from clients concerning products, their uses, and the industry at large, providing them with accurate and timely information.
- Provides Information, Quotes, Credit Terms, and Other Bid Specifications: You will provide clients with information, quotes, credit terms, and other bid specifications, ensuring that they have all the necessary information to make informed decisions.
- Negotiates Prices, Terms of Sales; Prepares Contracts and Submits Orders: You will negotiate prices, terms of sales, and prepare contracts and submit orders, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborates with Purchasing Manager, and Other Staff: You will collaborate with the purchasing manager and other staff to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that products are distributed properly.
