Job Summary

We're seeking a detail-oriented Remote Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist to assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date data across our platforms. Responsibilities

As a Remote Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately inputting, updating, and verifying data across company systems, including travel bookings, invoices, and customer records.
  • Maintaining data integrity and organization, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Assisting with processing travel bookings, invoices, and customer records, and communicating effectively with team members to ensure data accuracy.
  • Performing basic administrative tasks as needed, such as managing and organizing electronic documents and files.

Qualifications

  • Excellent typing and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Prior experience in data entry or administration is a plus, but not required.
