Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative & Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling customer requests and coordinating logistics for shipments, including associated documentation and communication with carriers, airlines, and other transportation providers
  • Consolidating and breaking-bulk shipments to meet customer needs
  • Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients for active shipments, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations and customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices to maintain expertise and provide informed guidance to customers

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A reliable internet connection and an alternate backup in the event of inclement weather or a natural disaster
  • Dual monitors to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Availability to work 6a-3p PST, Monday to Friday
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center environments, or related fields, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
  • Ability to build rapport with clients, prioritize tasks, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive and professional demeanor, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Excellent typing skills, with the ability to meet our typing requirements
