Job Description
As a Senior Associate in our Multifamily Customer Engagement team, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing customer network development, customer support activities, and customer engagement opportunities. You'll work closely with executives and staff managers to plan, direct, or coordinate operational activities, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences.

- Maintaining customer relationships across business units and/or customer accounts, always striving to do what's right for our customers.
- Partnering with internal stakeholders across the Multifamily Division to drive transaction management activities.
- Participating in relationship management of lender partners and/or select borrower relationships.
- Promoting and selling arenaflex's products and services to ensure access to affordable financing opportunities for people across the country.
- Providing support for operational activities and subject matter expertise to teams across the organization.
- Sharing best practices and recommendations to drive business growth and improvement.
The Experience You Bring to the Team
We're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong track record of success in customer engagement, relationship management, and transaction management. Your experience should include:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate, Multifamily, underwriting, banking, finance, or accounting.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proven influencing skills, including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict.
- Ability to work with individuals from diverse functional expertise, respectfully and cooperatively, to achieve common goals.
- Relationship management skills, including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and building relationship networks.
- Experience gathering accurate information to explain complex concepts and answer critical questions.
- Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that's engaging and easy to understand.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience using Salesforce CRM.
