Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Call Center Representative to join our team in Orlando, USA. As a key member of our customer service and data entry team, you will be responsible for handling high-volume customer calls, resolving complex issues, and navigating our proprietary data entry systems. Key Responsibilities

* Handle high-volume customer calls, resolving complex issues, and providing exceptional customer service

• Utilize arenaflex's proprietary data entry systems to process patient and medication information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Investigate and resolve missing solution data, decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes), and settle all data entry-related exceptions
• Provide support to pharmacists, both in-store and remotely, and identify and escalate issues to senior-level staff as needed
• Obtain a dynamic pharmacist license or certification within the initial 90 days and maintain an active pharmacist license or certification
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Essential level computer skills, including:

+ Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online

• Essential web browsing skills, including:

+ Opening a web browser + Composing URLs in the address bar + Using a search engine + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing online forms

• Middle-of-the-road level keyboarding skills, including:

+ Typing at least 25 words per minute + Typing by memory + Organizing files

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
• 18 years old or older

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment

• At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived certification office
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
• Middle-of-the-road to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills, including:

+ Typing at least 35 words per minute + Typing by memory + Organizing files

• Familiarity with Spanish and English
