Our Remote Work Environment

As a remote employee of arenaflex, you'll enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to work from the comfort of your own home. Our remote team is spread across the United States, with preferred residency states including Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and Washington, D.C. While we're not currently hiring from Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the United States, we're always looking for talented individuals to join our team.

Your Role at arenaflex

As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer skills and experience with internet-based applications
  • High-speed internet connection (> 15 mbps)
  • A USB wired headset (optional)
  • A smartphone or other device that runs iOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily login
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Integrity and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
