Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will collaborate with software engineers and product managers to design, implement, and manage data-driven solutions that drive actionable insights across various facets of our product and operational environment. Your work will involve creating and refining data pipelines, dashboards, and automated reports that help stakeholders easily understand and act on data. You will also work closely with engineers to integrate data logging and reporting into product features, present insights and findings to a broad range of stakeholders, and create insightful data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Tableau.
Key Responsibilities
* Data Management: Take ownership of foundational data models and enhance the productization of data insights.
- Pipeline Development: Design, build, and maintain data pipelines to collect, process, and analyze large datasets from diverse sources, including customer logging events, user activities, and business applications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineers to integrate data logging and reporting into product features.
- Insights Communication: Present insights and findings to a broad range of stakeholders across the organization.
- Visualization: Create insightful data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Tableau to help stakeholders easily understand and act on data.
About You
* Technical Expertise: Experience with statistical inference, machine learning models, and building intuitive schemas and data models for large-scale datasets.
- Proficiency: Skilled in data science technologies (e.g., Python, SQL, Spark) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey data insights to stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds.
- Mindset: Positive attitude with a willingness to give and receive candid feedback. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to thrive with minimal supervision.
- Ownership: Proven ability to take ownership of projects and drive results.
