Job Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Partnering with our outreach team to support job-specific guarantee enablement, process training, leader sales skill development, and a robust onboarding program for new hires
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs, process improvements, and sales enablement strategies
- Analyzing projects to determine effectiveness, gathering feedback, and identifying areas for improvement and growth
- Supplementing our existing onboarding program with additional tools and resources, including 1:1 rep training, administrator support, and more
- Serving as the face of arenaflex for all agents across our SMB Sales Team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment
- Embracing every opportunity for knowledge transfer, upskilling, and driving positive change across the business
- Utilizing strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building in live, recorded, and online training materials
- Developing a deep understanding of how arenaflex's processes, systems, and resources work
- Working closely with other training prompts to share knowledge and upskill
- Bringing innovative ideas to the table and elevating the current skill set based on your experience and interests within the learning space

Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement and growth
- Experience with training and development programs, preferably in a sales or customer service environment
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Experience with process improvement and change management, preferably in a sales or customer service environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, preferably in a sales or customer service environment
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
