Experienced Customer Experience Advisor (Part-Time) – Remote, Nashville

As a part-time remote employee based in Nashville, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our shoppers, and helping us achieve our vision of vision for all.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Experience Advisor at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Delivering nothing-but-wonderful customer service by supporting customers via email and live chat, ensuring that every interaction is a positive and memorable experience.
• Learning our internal management system to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships, providing a seamless and personalized experience for our customers.
• Using internal communication software to interact with your teammates, management, and other departments, staying connected and informed throughout the day.
• Dreaming up solutions for even the smallest trends and pain points, so we can optimize each customer's experience and exceed their expectations.

Who You Are

We're looking for a self-starter who takes ownership of their work and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You're a creative and innovative problem solver who continually thinks outside the box, always looking for ways to improve and optimize our customer experience. You're a sensitive and skillful communicator who can adapt your tone and communication style depending on your audience, ensuring that every interaction is tailored to their needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to:

• Be able to attend a virtual two-week onboarding via Google Meet video calls, where you'll learn about our systems, processes, and culture.
• Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise, where you can focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Be available to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT.
• Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season.
• Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router, as well as a laptop and all necessary equipment (which will be provided by arenaflex).
• Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).

Extra Credit

While not required, we highly value:

• Customer service experience, particularly in a remote or virtual environment.
• Experience working from home, where you can maintain a quiet and productive workspace.
