Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Sales Representatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our clients, while also generating new business and cultivating relationships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Sales Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting leads and scheduling virtual meetings with clients to present benefit programs and enroll new clients
  • Collaborating with your manager to define clear objectives and goals, and achieving them through dedicated effort and determination
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and applying this knowledge to improve our products and services
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • A strong desire to help others and provide valuable advice and services
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to connect with others in a positive and approachable manner
  • A willingness to learn and be coached, with a commitment to ongoing training and development
  • Basic computer literacy, with the ability to use a laptop or computer with camera
  • Possession of, or willingness to obtain, a Life & Health license
  • Residency in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, we prefer candidates with:

  • Sales or customer service experience, with a proven track record of success
  • A strong understanding of the life insurance industry and its products and services
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
