Key Responsibilities

As a Co-op in our CXD team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects that span across our business. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the delivery of best-in-class products, services, and experiences to our global customer and employee bases
  • Conducting research and analysis to inform design decisions and drive business outcomes
  • Developing and presenting business cases and executive communications to support key initiatives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative customer experiences
  • Creating engaging stories and presentations to communicate complex ideas and drive business results
  • Planning and executing events and activations to showcase arenaflex's brand and values
  • Analyzing data and metrics to inform design decisions and drive business outcomes

You'll Have the Opportunity to Work with Our CXD Teams

Our CXD organization is comprised of several areas within the travel journey, including:

  • Onboard Brand Experience: This team is responsible for creating exceptional customer experiences onboard our aircraft, from amenity kits to bedding and beyond.
  • In-Flight Entertainment & Connectivity: This team leads the creation of a world-class entertainment and connectivity experience for our customers, including content curation, strategic partnerships, and next-generation product innovation.
  • Uniform Brand Experience: This team is responsible for managing the design, development, and launch of our frontline employee uniforms, as well as collaborating with internal teams to gather feedback and drive business outcomes.
  • Service Design: This team is responsible for designing elevated customer experiences across various travel journey points and customer groups, including airport experiences, service recovery, and service policies.

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Experience, Design, Journalism/PR, or a related field
  • Experience in research analysis, deck building/presentations, project coordination, and communications
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to prioritize and pivot for unexpected deliverables or needs
  • Team-oriented and highly supportive of continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Excel; knowledge of SharePoint site administration and OneDrive experience is preferred
  • Willingness/ability to adapt quickly and learn new skills
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States

Co-op Program Outline

As a Co-op in our CXD team, you'll have the opportunity to work with us for three alternating semesters, with a minimum of one full year of experience at the end of the program. This position is intended to provide you with educational and professional work experience to prepare you for the workforce. However, working as a Co-op does not guarantee a full-time opportunity upon graduation.

Rotations

You'll have the opportunity to work with us in the following rotations:

  • 1st Rotation: Fall 2025
  • 2nd Rotation: Summer 2026
  • 3rd Rotation: Spring 2027
