Job Summary

As a Business Analytics Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to gain insights that drive business growth and improve client experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop data-driven solutions, and implement changes that drive business results. Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to gain insights that drive business growth and improve client experiences

• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business results and improve client satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies for implementation
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to communicate insights and results to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analytics and data science
• Mentor and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge in business analytics and data science

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, engineering, operations research, or related field

• Master's degree in business administration, data science, or related field (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, data science, or related field
• Proven experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and results to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with Python and other programming languages (e.g. R, Julia)
• Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations and strategy

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Apple's products and services

• Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques
• Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex ideas and results to senior leaders and other stakeholders
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Asana)
