Our Abilene, TX office is a vibrant and dynamic hub of creativity and collaboration, where talented individuals come together to drive growth and excellence. As a Customer Service (Operations Support) Specialist, you will be part of a close-knit team that values teamwork, open communication, and mutual respect. Our office is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including an on-site clinic, 24-hour fitness center, and free fresh fruit and beverages.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service (Operations Support) Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the growth of our business. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing phone and email customer support to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
  • Answering troubleshooting calls, building platform knowledge, and providing technical assistance to customers
  • Configuring and managing the arenaflex SaaS system for customers, including loading and validating customer system data
  • Creating online versions of customer documents with data tagging, using Word and PDF templates
  • Training responsibilities, including scheduling and setting up webinars with customers
  • Utilizing our Knowledge Base to ensure processes are completed accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred 2 years of experience in customer support or operations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to gather accurate information and resolve problems efficiently
  • Effective problem resolution and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to use and manage web-based and database tools
  • Strong organizational skills and commitment to company values
