Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Consultant for the arenaflex Answer Team, you'll be responsible for:
- Serving as a single point of contact for client service requests in a call center environment
- Responding to inquiries related to enrollment, billing, commissions, technical support, and group administration
- Delivering first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues
- Utilizing strong client-facing orientation to foster positive relationships with clients
- Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills in all interactions with clients
- Applying problem-solving skills to address and resolve client issues effectively
Key Skills and Competencies
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- Strong client-facing orientation and exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop technical acumen and stay up-to-date with industry developments
- Experience in process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies (preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior call center experience (required)
Nice-to-Haves
While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience in healthcare or a related industry
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
