Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Consultant for the arenaflex Answer Team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Serving as a single point of contact for client service requests in a call center environment
  • Responding to inquiries related to enrollment, billing, commissions, technical support, and group administration
  • Delivering first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues
  • Utilizing strong client-facing orientation to foster positive relationships with clients
  • Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills in all interactions with clients
  • Applying problem-solving skills to address and resolve client issues effectively

Key Skills and Competencies

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • Strong client-facing orientation and exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop technical acumen and stay up-to-date with industry developments
  • Experience in process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies (preferred)
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Prior call center experience (required)

Nice-to-Haves

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience in healthcare or a related industry
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
