The Role
As a Remote Online Chat Specialist (Entry Level), you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through our online chat platform and providing timely, accurate, and professional assistance. You'll be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities
- Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
- Building relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
- Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
- Promoting interest in client products and services
- Consistently achieving established standards of the position
- Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
- Providing administrative support to the customer service team
- Assisting with overflow work and other duties as needed
Essential Qualifications
- A strong work ethic with the ability to work well both independently and within a team-oriented environment
- PC keyboarding and internet experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal
- An upbeat, positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
- Basic technical skills (able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications)
