Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing Top-Notch Service: You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to every customer who walks through our doors.
• Cross-Selling and Promotions: You'll have the opportunity to cross-sell items to complement our customers' purchases, while also highlighting current marketing promotions.
• Maintaining a Clean Store: You'll play a key role in maintaining a clean and tidy store, including taking out trash, sweeping, and mopping.
• Stocking Shelves and Coolers: You'll be responsible for stocking shelves and coolers, as well as assisting with receiving deliveries to the store.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Can-Do Attitude and Customer Service-Driven Personality: You'll need to be a people person with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Prior Customer Service Experience: 6 months to 1-year prior customer service experience is preferred, with cash handling experience a plus!
• Flexibility and Adaptability: You'll need to be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Results-Driven and Fast-Paced Environment: You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same.
• TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certificates: You'll need to be able to successfully complete the TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certificates.
